Cassio enters Act 3 with musicians because he's paying them to play in front of Othello house in order to get his attention so that Othello will forgive Cassio about the events of the previous night and soften up towards the idea of giving Cassio his job back.
Iago engineers the first "suspicious behavior" between Cassio and Desdemona by telling Cassio that he will distract Othello giving Cassio a chance to speak to Desdemona without Othello knowing and making sure that Cassio knows that he shouldn't been seen by Othello. When Iago and Othello return to Othello's house Iago asks Othello who the man leaving from the front of Othello's house is. Once it's been established between the two men that the man leaving was Cassio Iago asks why Cassio would leave so quickly from the house if he were just there for an innocent reason planting the idea that Cassio is up to no good in Othello's mind.
Othello says that "Chaos" will "come again" when he thinks of no longer loving Desdemona.
Iago uses words like "indeed", "seems", and "thinks" early in Act 3 in order to make the situation seem like it's possible and is shrouded in mystery. These words also make sure that Iago is still honest and not just telling straight up lies, because thinking something isn't the same as knowing. And just because something seems true doesn't make it so. Similarly indeed can be interpreted in many ways, positively and negatively.
Othello doesn't think himself worthy of Desdemona, he believes that once Desdemona gets over the initial excitement of marrying Othello she will see that she doesn't actually want him. He is also insecure about how different their backgrounds are compared to one another, Othello's life has been plagued by hardship while Desdemona's has been comfortable.
At the beginning of the scene Othello believes that it isn't possible for Desdemona to cheat on him, he believes that Desdemona is an honest woman and that she truly loves him. But at the end of Act 3 scene 3 Iago has completely succeeded in turning Othello against Desdemona.
